With a popular 52-inch size, this fan works well in spaces of approximately 400 to 500 square feet. All fans are not created equal! Each Hunter design has pitched blades to move the optimum amount of air, efficiently and quietly. Durable motors provide a lifetime of performance. Carefully balanced, sealed, and weighed, you won't get that annoying (not to mention, inefficient) wobble. Save money on energy costs by using fans rather than air conditioning. In an 80-degree room, a good fan can create a wind chill factor that makes the room feel like 72 degrees. For winter comfort, running it counter-clockwise will gently recirculate warm air without causing a cooling effect. Even on high speed, your fan consumes less power than a 100-watt light bulb.
